Most agencies put a project manager between you and whoever actually builds your site. We do not, because with a team this size there is no need. You talk to the person writing the code, which is why briefs do not get lost in translation and small fixes take hours rather than a fortnight.

You talk to the developer, not a middleman

Every project is handled directly by the person building it. There is no account manager relaying your feedback second-hand, no ticket queue, and no waiting for someone to check with the technical team. If you message us about a broken layout, the reply comes from whoever can fix it.
