Most business websites take 2–4 weeks from kickoff to launch. Larger builds with custom features can run 6–8 weeks. You’ll get a clear timeline before we start.

Yes — WordPress with Elementor Pro is our core stack. Every site is built with native widgets, so you can edit content and layouts yourself later without touching code.

Our prices are published, not quoted after a call. A five-page Essential build is $700. The Complete package — up to ten pages with a full brand kit, copywriting and Google Business setup — is $1,900. Payment is split 50% to start and 50% before launch. Additional pages are $90 each, always quoted before we begin.

Absolutely. Every build is fully responsive and tested across phones, tablets, and desktops before launch — mobile is where most of your visitors are.

Every build includes 30 days of free support. After that it is genuinely your choice. You can manage the site yourself, which is what we build for. Or take Website Care at $59 a month for hosting, updates, backups, security monitoring, bug fixes and content changes. Or Digital Growth at $450 a month, which adds content, Google Business management, reviews and local SEO on top.

Definitely. We audit your current site, keep what works, and rebuild the rest — your content, SEO rankings, and branding are preserved through the migration.

Yes. Everything is built with native Elementor widgets, so you edit text, swap images and reorder sections visually without touching code. We hand over a walkthrough recorded on your specific site, and stay available for the things you would rather not do yourself. You are never locked into paying us for small changes.

We offer emergency hack recovery, including for sites we did not build. We trace how the attacker got in, remove injected files, database entries and backdoors, delete any rogue admin accounts, then harden the install so the same route cannot be reused. If Google has already flagged the site with a warning, we request a review once it is verifiably clean.

Speed is built in rather than sold as an add-on. We compress and correctly size images, load only the fonts and scripts the design actually uses, configure caching at server level where the host allows it, and keep the markup light by avoiding stacked page-builder plugins. Every build is measured on mobile before launch, because that is the score Google actually uses.

Yes. That covers product and variation setup, payment gateways suitable for your region, shipping and tax rules, and the checkout flow. Larger catalogues also need performance work, since product filtering and cart pages are usually the slowest part of a WooCommerce site, so we plan for that from the start rather than patching it later.

Yes, and each works differently on purpose. Your domain is always registered in your name, on your email address, so you own it outright from day one and we are simply listed as the technical contact. Hosting is included in Website Care and Digital Growth, fully managed, with no separate hosting bill. If you are on a one-time build with no plan, we configure hosting on your own account and hand it over. Business email is set up on your own Google Workspace or Zoho account, never on ours.

Not if the migration is done properly. Rankings usually drop when URLs change without redirects, or when page structure and metadata get rebuilt from scratch. We map every existing URL, keep redirects in place, preserve heading structure and metadata, and watch Search Console for crawl errors and impression changes in the weeks after launch.

Either of us. Many clients supply their own copy and photography, which we structure and design around. If you would rather not write it, we can produce the page content ourselves from a short briefing call, and source licensed imagery or work with your existing brand assets. Real photography of your own team or premises always outperforms stock.

Yes. We work remotely with clients in the Gulf, the UK, the US and Australia alongside our Pakistani clients, and we schedule calls around your working hours rather than ours. Communication runs over WhatsApp, email or video call, whichever you prefer, and you deal directly with the person building your site.

A short conversation about your business, who your customers are, and what you want the site to do. Beyond that: any brand assets you already have, plus access to your current site or hosting if one exists. If you do not have branding yet, that is fine — we have built plenty of sites from scratch. Start here.

Completely, and this matters more than most agencies admit. The domain is registered in your name. You get full administrator access on day one. There is no proprietary theme or licence tying you to us. If you leave, we export the entire site — files and database — and migrate it to whichever host you choose, free, within 30 days. A website you cannot take with you is not really yours.

No. Website Care is billed quarterly and you can stop at the end of any cycle. Digital Growth has a three-month minimum, purely because search work cannot be fairly judged in four weeks, and after that it is the same rolling arrangement. We would rather keep clients because the work is good than because the paperwork traps them.

Care protects what you have. Growth develops it. Website Care covers hosting, updates, backups, security, monitoring, bug fixes and content changes — it keeps the site working, but it does not by itself bring more enquiries. Digital Growth includes all of that and adds the ongoing visibility work: blog content, Google Business posts, reviews, local SEO, keyword tracking and conversion improvements.

Often, yes. We start with a free look at the site, because inheriting somebody else’s work carries real risk and neither of us benefits from finding that out later. If it needs deeper investigation we offer a full written audit for $150, credited back if you go ahead. And if the site is genuinely beyond maintaining, we will tell you honestly and quote a rebuild instead of taking a monthly fee for something we cannot keep stable.

No, and you should be wary of anyone who does. Nobody controls Google’s results, and a guarantee is either inexperience or a sales tactic. What we do commit to is the work that reliably builds search presence over time: technical foundations, content, Google Business optimisation, reviews and local signals. We report on it monthly, in plain language, including the months where progress is slow.

We send a friendly reminder, then have a conversation, and only pause work if an invoice is still unpaid after three weeks. Your website stays online throughout. We will never take a client’s site down over billing — your business does not stop because an invoice slipped, and neither should your website.
