This policy explains what personal data TidWeb collects, why we collect it, and what you can do about it. TidWeb is a web design and development studio based in Multan, Pakistan.
Who we are

What we collect and why
When you contact us
Our contact form collects your name, email address, and whatever you write in your message. If you message us on WhatsApp, we receive your phone number and message. We use this only to reply to you and to discuss a possible project. We keep enquiries for up to two years so we have context if you come back to us.
When you subscribe to our emails
We collect your email address, and your first name if you give it. Our newsletter runs on MailPoet. When we send you an email, MailPoet records whether it was opened and which links were clicked, which tells us whether what we send is useful. Your email address stays on our list until you unsubscribe. Every email we send contains an unsubscribe link and a link to manage your preferences.
When you browse the site
We use Google Analytics through Google Site Kit to understand which pages people read and how they found us. This is aggregate traffic data, not an attempt to identify you personally. Our web host records standard server logs, including IP addresses, for security and troubleshooting.
Cookies
Cookies are small files stored by your browser. We use them for:
- Essential functions — remembering that you have dismissed a popup, and keeping forms working correctly.
- Analytics — Google Analytics, to count visits and see which pages are read.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may stop parts of the site working properly.
Who we share data with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the services that make this site run:
- MailPoet — email delivery and subscription management.
- Google — Analytics and Search Console through Site Kit.
- Our web host — where this site and its database are stored.
Some of these providers are based outside your country, which means your data may be transferred internationally. We only use established providers who commit to protecting the data they process.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you the personal data we hold about you, correct it if it is wrong, delete it, or stop using it for marketing. If you are in the UK or the EU, these rights come from the UK GDPR and the EU GDPR, and you may also complain to your national data protection authority.
To exercise any of these, email info@tidweb.com. Unsubscribing from our emails is instant and needs no request — just use the link in any email.
Keeping data safe
This site is served over HTTPS and access to the site’s administration is restricted. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what we hold and we do not collect more than we need.
Children
This site is aimed at businesses. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us their details, email us and we will delete them.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
